We’re Austin and Kelsi, a husband-and-wife team who started Family Window Treatments to build something meaningful for our family and for the families we serve. Kelsi brings over four years of window treatment experience and handles scheduling and product guidance, while Austin focuses on installation and making sure every home is treated with care. Together, we help families make their homes more comfortable and functional.

Do you install windows or just window treatments?
At this time, we don’t install windows—we specialize in window treatments. We currently offer roller shades, faux wood blinds, cellular shades, and Roman shades, with more options coming as we continue to grow.
Can you work with my family’s schedule for the installation?
We offer flexible scheduling and do our best to find a time that works well for your family.
Do you install window treatments in my area?
We’re based in the Edmond and OKC area and usually install within that region. If you’re outside our usual service area but feel we’d be a good fit, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you only install residential window treatments, or do you also do commercial?
While most of our work is residential, we also install commercial window treatments and welcome those projects.
Do you offer warranties or service coverage after installation?
Yes ,every installation includes a free 2-year service warranty. If something isn’t working, we’ll come assess it at no cost.
